What better way to integrate your shadow side to heal your soul? It’s sweet and spicy and integrates the dark and the light. Self-love radiates when burning this candle.
Shadow work encompasses all of our unwanted, hidden, and denied parts of our psyche. It can be used to heal past hurts from this lifetime or past lives. As you burn it, ask that your shadow side come forth and let it know you accept it as it is. Meditate and see what thoughts come up. It can be a very intense but healing process. Set an intent for healing and when you are done, blow the candle out and integrate all you have learned.
I use sugar cookie scented wax cubes, then infuse vanilla extract, real cacao chunks, lavender essential oil, dried spices of ginger, cinnamon and clove to the candle wax melting process along with rose petals and lavender to the top of the candle. *New!* Small rose quartz crystal chunks are also added to the top.

Note: I do recycle sanitized food & candle jars for most of my candles. That’s my way of being a ward of the Earth and taking care of our environment by reusing materials.
